Website information

Content on this website, including articles, descriptions and photos, is provided for general information about AP Tile's services. It is not professional engineering, legal or code advice for a specific property. Project photos may show work in progress.

Estimates and contracts

Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of the visit and the scope described. Hidden conditions such as rot, structural defects, moisture or outdated wiring may require a change to the scope and price. Every project is governed by its written estimate or contract, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Scheduling

Start dates and durations are good-faith estimates. Weather, material lead times, inspections and conditions discovered during work can affect scheduling. We communicate changes as soon as we know about them.

Permits and inspections

Where a project requires a permit, responsibility for obtaining it is defined in the written agreement. Work is coordinated with required municipal inspections.

Materials selected by the client

When you purchase or select materials, product warranties and suitability for the intended use are the responsibility of the manufacturer or seller. We will tell you if we have concerns about a product before installing it.

Intellectual property

The AP Tile name, logo, text and design of this website belong to AP Tile or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Tile is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law, including M.G.L. Chapter 93A, or under your written contract.

Third-party links

This website may link to or embed third-party services such as maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
